getting over a brake upSo you’ve been dumped by your girlfriend/boyfriend and you’ve tried everything, but somehow it didn’t work out, or it’s going to work but you don’t know this yet.

Your problem is that at his moment you feel terrible. It feels like the whole world collapsed on you. What should you do now to stop this terrible feeling?

Getting over a break up is not an easy thing

You can follow some of the advices if you want to feel better.

  •  First of all in order to get over a break up you need to FORGIVE your ex girlfriend/boyfriend for dumping you. YES, that’s right. You need to forgive her/him, because keeping all that hate inside of you won’t help! Hate creates bad energies, and bad energies mean a bad mood. Have you noticed how nobody looks at you when you’ve just been dumped? It’s like somebody wrote on your forehead “I’ve been dumped, I am so desperate”. And have you noticed how many opportunities of making different girlfriends/boyfriends, you have when you already have a girlfriend/boyfriend ? It’s like everybody feels attracted on you! That’s because you’re happy and you have positive energies.

Even though you can’t see them, energies exist and play an important role in our life.

  • Secondly, in order to get over a break up, it’s important to have a healthy lifestyle. You can do this by doing SPORTS. Going to the gym or jogging through the park helps a lot in releasing all those bad energies. Sport is good for your mind too. It helps you stay positive and confident. Being confident and having a good attitude is good for the next step.

Before we pass to the third step let’s analyze how the human body works when you fall in love. When this happens adrenaline and dopamine levels increase in your boy, while serotonin drops off. It’s because of the adrenaline you feel butterflies in your stomach, while the dopamine keeps you focused on somebody. It’s because of the high dopamine levels you can’t see anybody else except your girlfriend/boyfriend when you’re in love. Your body is too focused on her/him. But now, after you’ve been dumped your dopamine levels are high and this will make you go crazy. You will start doing bad things like stalking your ex, you will become desperate! and you won’t be able of getting over a brake up.

  • So the third thing you need to do is to lower the levels of dopamine. But how can you do this? Simple! Dating other people! Don’t think now that we’re teaching you how to cheat! We don’t! This is just a way to throw your ex away from your mind. It’s simple and very effective. Especially if you go out with people that you could feel attracted in!  Maybe you’ve noticed, if you had more than one girlfriend/boyfriend, how you didn’t really care about them. Because your dopamine couldn’t make you focus on one person.

Don’t forget: stay positive this will increase your chances of getting over a breake up (by forgiving your ex), practice sports: go to gym, go jogging and go to other dates and have fun with your friends…whatever you do, find something to do anytime…keep your mind busy ! Don’t think about your ex !!!
